This river stone sink is entirely handcrafted from natural gneiss boulder. It has authentic charm, mixed with delicate artistic signature and professional skills. Its fine, practical and multi-functional design allows you to use it in all kinds of home interiors or outdoor. The outside is natural shape, the inside is satin polished, creating astonishing human skin effect.
Lovely is the authenticity of the natural river stone, its spirit and form are shaped by the waters of Chepelare river up in the Bulgarian Rhodope mountains. The gneiss boulder is supplied directly from nature, it's not provided from a stone quarry. Chepelare river takes its source from Rozhen peak (1,500 m above sea level) in the Rhodope mountains. It runs through the town of Chepelare, the Bachkovo monastery, as well as Asenovgrad town further downstream, before emptying into the big Maritsa river in our country.
The stone sink is unique and brings its beautiful creator's attention to detail, precision and top quality, professionally handmade by the Bulgarian professional contemporary sculptor Ognyan Chitakov.
